You’re well acquainted with our amazing payroll team, but did you know we offer more than just payroll services? One of these services is a software called Share & Perform that integrates with iSolved to help you manage all of your employee engagement and performance tracking. As suggested by the title, it’s comprised of two parts:
Share
Almost like a social media platform for your company, this is a portal where employees can engage with each other through groups, share knowledge and ideas, complete company surveys, respond to upcoming events, earn points and spend them on incentives and many more things.
Perform
This portion helps manage employees’ growth and performance. Employees are able to set goals, receive feedback, and complete reviews, including formal performance reviews or less formal multirotor 360 reviews. Reviews can even be sent outside the organization to be completed by customers or clients.
